We believe God calls people from all over the world to different parts of the world. We were called to Ethiopia and this is where we will be until God says otherwise. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8
Yes. You will be kept up-to-date at least twice a month and you can reach out as often as you like for more information.
Yes. Our current process allows you to send and receive letters at least once a year but we are working on a system to be able to communicate up to three times a year.
It is very expensive to send gifts in-country and the kids wouldn’t know what to do with it. The best way to stay in touch is through the letters we send. You can also bring gifts with you when you travel to see them.
The sponsorship covers the expenses of the house they live in, including the house mom, house aunt, food, clothing, and school.
We currently partner with HighRidge Church, taking two trips a year to visit B Loved in Ethiopia. We are working on future sponsorship specific trips.
Currently, we have a project director, nurse, social worker, 7 moms, 7 aunts, driver, 2 security guards, finance manager, and one head office in Soto. In Addis, there are three staff; a director, finance manager and trip coordinator.
There is no staff paid by B Loved Foundation. Our founders cover a marketing company and a number of volunteers oversee the US office.
Domestic adoption has only been around five years and most people want infants or babies under the age of 1 year. The government has stated any children over 2 years old are deemed unadoptable.
100% donations go to support the mission of providing homes to orphaned children in Ethiopia. Nothing is used here in the USA.
We want to provide a college education or vocational training so the children will be able to take care of themselves as well as make an impact in the world. They will always have the support of a family and community they can return to.
