A Month of Impact
October 1, 2026

The past few months were filled with growth, learning, connection, and care at B Loved Ethiopia.
As the school year came to a close, several children were celebrated for outstanding academic achievement and character, while summer programs kept children engaged through English lessons, literacy, spiritual growth, sports, and life-skills activities.
In Bishoftu, children practiced planning and time management, helped prepare training materials, and enjoyed time together at the center. One group home also moved into a new, clean, safe home after their previous building became unsafe. The children were thrilled with their new surroundings!
B Loved also welcomed a U.S. mission team, who spent meaningful time with the children through games, shared experiences, and visits to the Bishoftu project. They also donated clothing, play materials, and other needed supplies.
We hosted local adoption training for government officials, lawyers, police officers, and project staff, helping strengthen collaboration and create a stronger framework for serving vulnerable children. Staff and children also visited a local organization serving elderly people and children, sharing a meal, donating hygiene supplies, and offering encouragement and prayer.
Meanwhile, the dairy farms produced more than 5,100 liters of milk across the Sodo and Bishoftu farms. Some was provided directly to the children, while the remainder was sold to support the ministry. Despite challenges with water, electricity, and rising costs, the team continues to steward resources carefully and keep these vital programs moving forward.
Through education, safe homes, healthcare, spiritual growth, community outreach, and opportunities to learn and serve, B Loved Ethiopia continues to provide care that goes far beyond meeting basic needs.
Thank you for being part of this work. Your support helps children not only receive care, but grow, learn, belong, and discover hope for their future.
